Great Eagle (Shenzhen) Aviation Engineering Co., Ltd.（Beijing Base）was established in June, 2017officially and aimed at being able to provide more efficient and faster service for new and old customers. In November,Beijing base has acquired the maintenance license and capability list officially which issued by CAAC.
Beijing base is the nonlocal extension organization of GES which engaged in deeper maintenance of the electromechanical, electrical, mechanical parts and other professional projects. Otherwise, Beijing base has developed the local guaranteed-protection,including wheel, brake, ovens.
Beijing base owns a modern factory that nearly 3000 ㎡and has been divided into two large workshops—electromechanical workshop and mechanical workshop and also set the office, warehouses, special operations area properly. The base could be fully able to meet the needs of airborne equipment maintenance. The factory is located in Shunyi District of Beijing where is 15 km from the Beijing Capital International Airport. So the transportation is convenient.
Beijing base owns plenty of special maintenance and test equipment such as the PDU test stand, oven test stand, brake test stand and ultrasonic cleaning machines. In the meantime, the other full-set special test machines such as the Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector and the Eddy Current Flaw Detector can make a comprehensive and accurate detection for airborne parts and ensure the quality.
Follow the early plan, the base needs more than 30 employees. Most of the technical and managerial personnel were arranged from the Great Eagle Group inside. The certifying staffs,inspectors,NDT engineers and maintenance personnel have been engaged in parts repairing for many years,which makes them possess rich technical experience and ensure Beijing base will complete the maintenance task with high efficiency and quality.
